We ship to most EU countries (Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden).

For the moment, we are unable to ship to countries outside of Europe, we’re sorry! If your country is not yet supported, please get in touch with us and let us know you’d like to have some Buenos Beans. We’ll notify you as soon as we’re able to ship to you.

We only ship whole coffee beans. We want to provide you with coffee that is as fresh as possible, and pre-ground coffee goes stale very quickly. If you don’t yet have a coffee grinder, you can find some tips on getting your first one here
– we promise it will be really worth the investment!

Yes, when you choose your box you can choose between filter and espresso roast.

We guarantee that if you buy a Buenos Beans box, through either the one-off or subscription methods, your box will be cheaper than if you were to buy the same coffees individually from each roaster. If it isn’t, we’ll refund you the difference.

Just log in to your member’s area, and you can manage those settings there. We will be here for you when you are ready to come back to your delicious coffee!

If you sign up until the 15th, your first box will be shipped to you around the 28th of that month. If you sign up after the 15th, your first box will be shipped to you around the 28th of the following month. Example: You subscribe by 15th November. We prepare the box and send it out around 28th November and it reaches you during the first week of December. If you’re a subscriber, your boxes will be always shipped around the 28th of each month for all the subsequent months.
You can also easily make those changes in your member’s area.
Before we ship the box we will share which roasters are coming, but not the specific coffees! We want to keep the surprise until you open your box 🙂 We promise you’ll love it. It’ll be like coffee Christmas every month.
We only use UPS or DHL, and deliveries normally take 2 to 5 working days to most European countries. We don’t use any national posts as these usually take much longer to arrive to you, and we don’t wan’t your coffee becoming stale in postal warehouses!

Shipping prices to different European countries vary widely, and we had two options – charge a standard (higher) delivery fee to everyone, no matter the country, or send cheaper coffee to make up for those extra costs. None were fair or aimed at providing you with amazing coffee, so we did the other alternative – delivery costs are automatically calculated at checkout depending on your country. Less hidden fees, more amazing coffee for you at better prices.

Generally, you can expect light to medium roasts. Filter options are usually light roasts, and espresso options slightly darker. Note that we don’t work with roasters who
roast their coffee too dark – this usually results in a “burnt” flavour which pretty much kills all the nice flavours we’re after with speciality coffee.

We work with some of the best European specialty coffee roasters, some you may have tried, some will surely be new to you, and we will be glad to help you discover all these different flavours!
Yes! And it’s not any type of Arabica – the beans we chose are only from the specialty sector. If this is something new to you, you can find more info here.
We constantly try many coffees from many awesome European roasters. Among those, we choose only the coffees that we think are special or outstanding in some way and we send them to you. We also aim for each box to provide a full experience and journey – not just four Ethiopian coffees every month 😉
Your coffee is roasted on demand only a few days before shipping, ensuring you get your coffee as fresh as possible.

Yes, just shoot us an email at hello@buenosbeans.com within 14 days of receiving your box and let us know. Please bear in mind a couple of things: first, that we can only accept a return of the full box (i.e. not just some of the bags) and second, we can’t accept the return if any of the bags has been opened (as coffee is a food product).
We accept payment by card through our payment processor, Stripe. In Poland, we can also accept payment through Przelewy24 for non-subscription payments.
We automatically charge you every 15th of the month for the coffee shipped by the end of that month, using your card details. We don’t store any of your financial information ourselves – this is safe in the hands of Stripe, our payment processor.
